Genital Warts

Genital warts are  small growths that occur on the genitals.
In males they can occur on the penis, scrotum,groin,thighs or anus.In females it normally occurs inside the vagina, anus or cervix.

Genital Warts is a sexually transmitted disease caused by the human papilloma virus. Hence having unprotected sex with an infected person would put you at risk of getting infected.
Genital warts may also occur on the lips,mouth,tongue or throat when you have oral sex with an infected person.

Symptoms include painless bump, discharge from the vagina, itching, bleeding and burning sensation at the infected area.

Prevention is  by using condom during sexual intercourse.
